Your new role

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children with SEN, implementing tailored strategies and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure inclusive practice.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes development and wellbeing.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with children with SEN in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s individual needs.
