Level 2 Teaching Assistant role in Walsall, Starting in October

- Supporting pupils in small groups and one-to-one settings.
- Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Promoting pupil engagement and progress.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to support learning outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed :
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across KS1 and KS2.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
