Your new role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development. Your role may involve working with small groups, providing one-to-one support, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to manage behaviour. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
