Manufacturing business requires a Level 2 Support Engineer

Your Role
As a Level 1/2 Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the organisation. You’ll provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting desktop issues to supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, your work will be essential in keeping the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line support for IT systems and users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
Escalate complex issues with senior engineers or external vendors.


What You Need to Succeed
1–3 years’ experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are desirable.
