What You'll Need to Succeed
- A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working in a UK school environment
- Confidence in supporting pupils with SEND and behavioural challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
