Level 2 Nursery Practitioner role in Dudley, Starting in September.

This primary is a vibrant and inclusive learning community committed to nurturing the whole child. The school are currently looking for a dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team, supporting children aged 2–4 in our 2's Room and Pre-School Room in small group settings.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children’s learning through play and structured activities.
  • Work closely with small groups to deliver high-quality early year's education.
  • Observe and record children’s progress in line with EYFS standards.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to meet individual needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting.
  • A warm, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
