Your new role
As a valued member of our setting, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development through play-based learning. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a rich and stimulating curriculum that reflects the latest thinking in early years' education, while building strong relationships with children and their families.

What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Childcare at Level 2 or above (or equivalent)
- Practical experience working within an Early year setting
- A sound understanding of key legislation including the EYFS framework, SEN guidance, and safeguarding procedures
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
- The ability to build strong, supportive, and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
