• Front-of-House Operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the LettingsBU service, engaging with homeowners, prospective student tenants, and their guarantors. Promote available services and uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Property Marketing - Create and edit short promotional videos showcasing current LettingsBU properties to enhance visibility and appeal.
• Lettings Negotiation - Support students in finding suitable accommodation by understanding their needs, presenting property options, arranging and attending viewings, and managing holding deposits.
• Tenancy Administration Prepare and process all necessary documentation—including tenancy applications, reference checks, guarantor forms, tenancy agreements, inventories, and schedules of condition—with support from Housing Assistants when available. Ensure smooth completion of lettings, including issuing keys and coordinating utility changes.
• Additional Duties Carry out other tasks as directed by the Housing Officers, General Manager, or Residential Services Operations Manager to support the wider team and service delivery.
  
  

This is a 3 month temp assignment based at Talbot Campus - ideally you need to be able to drive as you will be showing the students around the accommodation they are looking to rent next year.. .
