• Monday – Thursday: 16:30 – 21:30
• Friday: 16:30 – 20:30
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 – 16:30 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent

• Manage the day-to-day operation of school lettings, ensuring facilities are prepared and supervised
• Act as the main point of contact for hirers, providing excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during lettings
• Oversee bookings, payments, and usage of facilities
• Support the promotion of school facilities to maximise community engagement

• Ideally, hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (or be willing to train)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience in facilities management, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
