  • Arranging pre‑termination inspections and coordinating with operational teams.
  • Preparing tenancy sign‑up packs, including all required documentation.
  • Issuing rent cards and updating tenancy and census records accurately.
  • Supporting housing‑related enquiries and maintaining consistent communication with customers.
  • Completing local authority statistical returns in line with reporting schedules.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as procurement system updates, record‑keeping, filing, and general office duties.
  • Ensuring all data recorded is clear, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • A track record of meeting deadlines and delivering accurate work first time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of lettings processes, housing law or different tenures (desirable).
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook and online portals.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A commitment to teamwork, equality and diversity.

What you'll get in return

  • An hourly pay rate of up to £18.74.
  • Hybrid working, offering a flexible blend of home and office‑based work.
  • Part‑time hours of 17.5 per week, providing an excellent work‑life balance.
  • The opportunity to work within a supportive and experienced team committed to outstanding customer service.
  • Valuable experience within a busy lettings environment, with opportunities to broaden your knowledge of housing operations and tenancy management.
  • The chance to contribute directly to improving communities and delivering a high‑quality service to customers.
