Lettings & Admin Support - Hybrid – Start ASAP!

We are recruiting for the role of Lettings & Admin Support Officer to join a busy housing association,
This role offers flexibility to work from home, with some requirements to attend the office in Warrington as and when needed.
This is a temp position, Monday to Friday 9–5, approximate end date end of March.
Housing experience is needed.


Your new role

  • Contacting tenants to arrange access for gas & electrical compliance visits
  • Supporting the allocations and lettings team with admin and coordination
  • Managing diaries, appointments and follow‑ups
  • Providing clear, friendly communication to tenants and internal teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in lettings, housing, allocations, compliance or similar
  • Strong communication and admin skills
  • Confidence speaking with tenants and managing access
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions
