Permanent Legal Secretary based in Macclesfield, £25,000+
Your new company
This legal firm is seeking a legal secretary to join their expanding team. They're a successful and well-established business and are now going through a period of growth.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee earners and paralegals in one of their departments. You will be:
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing a busy inbox
- Providing updates to clients
- Opening and closing files
- Managing documents
- Submitting applications
- Any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
- Legal secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client department
- Outgoing and positive mindset
- A proactive and efficient approach to work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Case Management systems and MS Word
What you'll get in return
