Permanent Legal Secretary based in Macclesfield, £25,000+

Your new company

This legal firm is seeking a legal secretary to join their expanding team. They're a successful and well-established business and are now going through a period of growth.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee earners and paralegals in one of their departments. You will be:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Providing updates to clients
  • Opening and closing files
  • Managing documents
  • Submitting applications
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need:

  • Legal secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client department
  • Outgoing and positive mindset
  • A proactive and efficient approach to work
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Case Management systems and MS Word

What you'll get in return
