Your new role

As a Legal PA, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a team of solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handling client communications and maintaining professional relationships
  • Assisting with billing, time recording, and file management
  • Supporting casework and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal standards
This role requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or in a similar legal support role
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
  • A professional demeanour and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
