Your new role
As Legal Counsel, you’ll join a small, collaborative legal team supporting the delivery side of the business. You'll work on a variety of matters related to project finance, contractor documentation, and commercial agreements. You’ll manage the end-to-end process of negotiating and finalising key contracts including PPAs, EPCs, and O&M agreements, ensuring legal risk is well managed as projects move into construction and operation.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE or more, ideally with experience in construction, projects, or energy, and familiarity with PPA, EPC, and O&M contracts. This role will also involve the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive legal processes forward. You’ll be commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
