Legal Counsel – Global Commercial Focus | Hybrid | Southampton

We’re partnering exclusively with a leading global organisation to find a talented Legal Counsel to join their high-performing legal team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a business that’s shaping its industry on a global scale – and trust me, interest is already heating up.

The Role:
You’ll be embedded in the global legal team, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial stakeholders across Europe and beyond. Your focus? Supporting global sales and marketing initiatives, advising on strategic projects, and ensuring legal compliance while enabling business growth.

You’ll be reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, leading on global marketing legal matters, and playing a key role in shaping best practices and templates across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
- A strong background in commercial law, ideally with exposure to global sales and marketing.
- Experience in a large law firm or in-house legal team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- International experience is highly desirable – particularly if you’ve worked with or within US-based organisations.
