Your new company

Birmingham City Council is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Housing Disrepair Team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential housing services across the city.

Your new role

As an Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth case management of housing disrepair claims. You’ll work closely with internal teams, legal representatives, and residents to maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service, as well as helping to manage complaints and backlogged queries.

What you'll need to succeed

A background in a legal setting would be advantageous, alongside strong administrative skills and good attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult and complex queries in a calm and professional manner.

What you'll get in return

This is a temporary administration role, working in Birmingham for up to 3 months. The role will be based on a hybrid working pattern, and the team are recruiting for a number of vacancies, so you will be joining a great team to support in this project.
