A welcoming primary school in BD13, Bradford, is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join their team to support a student in Year 2 with ASD. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves helping children grow in confidence and skills, and would involve providing consistent help with regulation and engagement within the classroom.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support one pupil throughout the school day, helping them stay regulated, follow routines and participate meaningfully in lessons. The school is looking for someone nurturing, patient and adaptable, with an interest in supporting emotional and sensory regulation, as well as reinforcing boundaries and positive behaviour.
