Learning Support Assistant (SEN) – Permanent Roles

Coventry
8:30am – 4:30pm
Interviews: 3rd July
✅ Full-time & Part-time (2–5 days per week)

About The Role

We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students with special educational needs in a specialist setting.
This is a permanent opportunity with long-term career prospects.

You will support students throughout the day, helping them with learning, confidence, and independence.

What you'll do

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups
  • Help with classroom tasks and activities
  • Encourage independence and communication
  • Support positive behaviour
  • Work alongside teachers and support staff
  • Support during lessons and break times
  • Provide personal care where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in SEN, care, education, or support work
  • A patient and reliable attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Available 2–5 days per week or full-time
  • Able to work 8:30am – 4:30pm
