Currently, I am recruiting for an experienced global learning/training professional for a 6-month initial contract with Pharma Company.

Looking for a Global Learning Partner – you will be a strategic, collaborative, and innovative key driver to join the Intercontinental learning team. Able to align with brand strategy and collaborate with stakeholders and the Global Market Access Learning team. Work closely with IC Learning Leads, commercial, medical, and market access functions to define and develop learning plans. Able to translate learning needs into actionable plans, coordinate learning agendas, and ensure the right subject-matter experts are involved.
What You’ll Do
Plan, develop, and execute commercial launch plans during busy launch periods in Intercontinental markets. Support post-launch milestones, analysis, and ongoing learning interventions in local markets. - Proactively gather insights into stakeholder needs and identify how learning and development can best support these needs. - Update stakeholders on the latest learning and development solutions from global, European, and external partners, and customise for Intercontinental and area use. - Collaborate with the global Learning team to conduct needs assessments and contribute therapeutic and expertise knowledge to learning project design and development, especially during pilot phases. - Work closely with key stakeholders across patient impact, patient evidence, and assets teams, acting as a subject-matter expert in the learning experience. - Coordinate smooth implementation of learning experiences, including planning, briefing, train-the-trainer sessions, troubleshooting, and issue management. - Iterate learning experiences based on gathered insights, innovate and explore digital opportunities, and leverage learning platforms and tools (such as UCB Rise) for maximum impact.
It is essential you have previous Pharma and learning & development experience.
