Your new company

Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong social mission. They offer a collaborative, progressive workplace where your input truly matters. We were delighted when they approached us to help recruit a new addition to their Learning & Development team for this exciting, newly created role.

Your new role

As LMS Manager, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital learning platforms. Your mission will be to ensure these systems are user-friendly, accessible and aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead digital learning projects, manage integrations with HR and third-party systems, oversee content governance and deliver actionable insights through learning analytics. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the learner experience across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
  • Strong track record in system integrations and LMS migrations.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading digital learning projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HRIS and e-learning content design would be ideal but not essential.

What you'll get in return

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great organisation that values innovation and professional growth. Your package includes an above-market salary for the local area, hybrid working, flexible working hours, a fantastic benefits plan which includes 25 days' holiday + bank holidays + 2 paid volunteering days per year and a very good EAP which includes 24/7 GP access.
This fixed-term contract has the potential to make a real impact and, as it's a newly created role, you're in pole position for anything that comes next. You'll lead high-profile digital learning projects and influence organisational learning strategy in a culture that prioritises inclusion, respect and collaboration.
