Your new role
- Delivering training sessions both in-person and online
- Facilitating structured onboarding for new joiners and acquisition colleagues
- Providing systems and process training to promote confidence and consistency
- Creating and maintaining training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning)
- Offering first-line support via teams, email, and in person
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training content meets business needs
- Supporting content management within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Gathering feedback and refining training delivery
- Promoting a collaborative learning culture
- Travelling to regional offices to support in-person training
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in learning and development within professional services or fast-paced environments
- Ability to deliver training to small groups or 1:1, adapting to different learning styles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint); LMS experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail in content creation and editing
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within the role
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to regional offices
