Your new role

As a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and practical training across the organisation. You’ll support colleagues at all stages of their career, from onboarding to systems training and skills development. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering training sessions both in-person and online
  • Facilitating structured onboarding for new joiners and acquisition colleagues
  • Providing systems and process training to promote confidence and consistency
  • Creating and maintaining training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning)
  • Offering first-line support via teams, email, and in person
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training content meets business needs
  • Supporting content management within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Gathering feedback and refining training delivery
  • Promoting a collaborative learning culture
  • Travelling to regional offices to support in-person training

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be a confident and approachable trainer with a passion for helping others learn. Key qualities include:
  • Experience in learning and development within professional services or fast-paced environments
  • Ability to deliver training to small groups or 1:1, adapting to different learning styles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint); LMS experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail in content creation and editing
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within the role
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to regional offices
