Your new role

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Develop and implement L&D initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programmes, including leadership and personal development.
• Manage external training providers and oversee compliance learning via the LMS.
• Support talent development through career pathways, succession planning, and skills frameworks.
• Monitor and report on L&D effectiveness, including ROI and KPIs.
• Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Learning & Development (4+ years).
• Have ideally used Workday
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver impactful learning programmes.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
