What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A degree in a relevant subject and CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Associate CIPD membership (with a commitment to achieving Chartered status within 6 months).
At least 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development or OD role.
Proven experience in designing and delivering OD interventions and learning programmes.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience conducting learning needs analysis and evaluating training effectiveness.
Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Advanced digital and IT skills to create tailored learning solutions.
A full UK driving licence or access to transport to meet job requirements.
Desirable:
Experience in the public sector or local government.
Recognised teaching/training qualification.
Assessor/Internal Verifier qualification.
