Learning and Development Specialist

Contract: 12 months FTC

Salary: £52,000 - £54,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid working, Central London

We have partnered with a well-established public sector organisation to recruit a Learning and Development Specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting all employees on their development journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of blended learning and development programmes across the organisation.

• Conduct robust learning needs analyses to ensure interventions are relevant and impactful.

• Champion lifelong learning and promote creative, contemporary development opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create high-quality learning solutions.

• Evaluate learning initiatives to ensure effectiveness and return on investment.

• Optimise the use of the learning management system to enhance the learner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programmes for diverse audiences.

• Strong facilitation and diagnostic skills, with a deep understanding of modern L&D practices.

• Experience in management development is highly desirable.
