About the Team
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of four, including two Senior Development Advisors and a Senior Associate. The team is responsible for delivering high-impact development and coaching programmes across our business services and fee-earning populations. You'll be assessing and identifying development needs for Trainees, Apprentices, and fee earners up to three years PQE, as well as equivalent roles within Business Services.
Key Responsibilities
Co-lead the delivery and evolution of our signature development programmes, Ignite and Accelerate, tailored for early career professionals across the Firm.
Provide coaching support to participants of the Accelerate programme, including Associates, Advisors, and Specialists, and extend coaching to other individuals across the Firm as needed.
Oversee the management of our internal mentoring schemes, ensuring timely review and action of all applications and maintaining programme effectiveness.
Collaborate on the design and ongoing enhancement of business and leadership development programmes.
Administer and interpret psychometric and emotional intelligence tools to support individual and team development.
Ensure all learning initiatives are aligned with the Firm’s Values and Behaviours framework.
Deliver a range of core skills and management training sessions, covering topics such as; Personal impact and productivity; Communication and interpersonal effectiveness; Managing performance and feedback; Financial and commercial literacy; Client relationship building and consultative selling; Delivering exceptional client service; Mentoring for professional growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in coaching and facilitation, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
Recognised coaching qualification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, Association for Coaching, ILM, EMBCC Henley MSc in Coaching, Henley MSc, or equivalent) is essential
Experience working with C-suite and leadership populations is highly desirable
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work across hybrid delivery models (classroom and virtual)
Industry background is flexible – legal, automotive, or other sectors welcome
