Your new role

• Delivering and developing of the digital learning aspect of the Induction programme
• Design and delivery of digital learning material related to Business Systems to ensure the collateral available on the LMS is correct, up to date, relevant and accessible.
• Creating digital learning materials to support changes, upgrades and new Business system projects and delivery.
• Contributing to and assisting with quality assurance of electronic learning materials.
• Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs and is accessible by all

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD qualified or equivalent professional L&D or Instructional designer qualification
• Strong working knowledge of essential E-Learning authoring tools, key LMS authoring tools i.e.
  Articulate (certification an advantage)
• Demonstrable knowledge of applying visual design basics to create visually appealing and accessible instructional materials
• Advanced knowledge of L&D best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
