Your new role
As Lean Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead lean initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance while reducing costs. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in lean methodologies.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A third-level qualification in Engineering
- Proven experience in executing lean improvement and/or Six Sigma projects
- A strong background in manufacturing engineering
- In-depth knowledge of lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams
- Strong project and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and sustaining lean transformation projects across the site
- Planning and implementing efficient production methods
- Identifying bottlenecks and applying lean techniques to resolve them
- Developing Value Stream Maps and Safe Operating Procedures
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Driving Kaizen projects and fault trend analysis
- Creating systems for data capture and performance tracking
- Supporting standardisation across departments including Design and Engineering
