About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Talent Operations Analyst to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function. You’ll work closely with regional TA teams, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance data visibility, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and optimise end-to-end TA processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Own and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, funnel conversion, DEI).
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment across regions and functions in a matrixed environment.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ATS and HRIS platforms.
Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, UK Equality Act, APAC-specific legislation).
Collaborate with TA leadership on workforce planning, headcount tracking, and operational forecasting.
Lead or support cross-functional projects related to TA systems, vendor management, and process transformation.

What We’re Looking For

5-6 years’ experience in Talent Operations, People Analytics, or HR Systems.
Business relationship management experience from an operational risk perspective (Stakeholder management is key)
Proven experience working in a global matrix organization, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ATS (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and HRIS platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
