Industrial Disease Lawyer sought after by a reputable insurance law firm

Your new company
Our client is a national insurance law firm who are currently recruiting an Industrial Disease lawyer into their Manchester office. The firm offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working policy.

Your new role
This Industrial Disease Lawyer role will see you handle your own mixed caseload of industrial disease claims. Files will be of a litigated and pre-litigated nature and will include mesothelioma cases, asbestos related diseases, noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) and higher arm vibration syndrome (HAVS). You will be supported by an assistant file handler and will provide supervision to this individual.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling your own caseload of industrial disease cases. Previous experience of mesothelioma, asbestos, NIHL and HAVS is essential. Supervisory experience is beneficial. This role is open to individuals from claimant and defendant backgrounds.

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for Industrial Disease Lawyers to run their own caseload whilst gaining supervisory experience. You can expect a competitive salary alongside hybrid working.
