Our client is currently underway with an exciting transformation programme across their Digital Service landscape which includes the transition of internal systems and expansion of their existing digital platforms.

They are now looking to recruit a Lead Developer (Full Stack) who will have key responsibility for designing, running and improving software applications, the role also involves working in a TDD environment writing clean and securable code.

As a Lead Developer, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other developers, ensuring that best practices are followed which then fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Please note this role requires active SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities/Skills Required

  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team
  • Mentor and support other developers, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practice in the capacity of a Design Authority
  • Expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Core coding ability in C# and React.
  • Front-end and back-end development and have experience with CI/CD processes.
