A well-established regional housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across East Anglia.

Join a dynamic Land & Development team to:

Prepare land cost estimates and appraisals
Analyse planning and technical documentation
Collaborate with Commercial, Technical & Engineering teams
Forecast costs and cashflow developments
Present appraisals to senior leadership

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in construction
Strong Excel skills (COINS experience is a plus)
Good knowledge of the East Anglia region
Organised, self-motivated, and a team player
