You’ll be working with a well-established construction contractor through Hays Recruitment, supporting active building sites in the Oxford area. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards of site presentation and safety.

Your new role

As a Labourer, you’ll be responsible for a range of site support duties including turfing, general housekeeping, assisting site managers, and maintaining compound cleanliness. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site organised, safe, and running smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • A valid CSCS Green Card
  • A Basic DBS Check
  • Experience in turfing and general labouring tasks
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Reliability, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic
