We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable labourers to join our team on a range of construction and maintenance projects across Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience within the construction industry or for experienced labourers seeking consistent work. You will support skilled trades on-site and play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently and safely.

Your new role

  • Assisting skilled tradespeople (plumbers, joiners, bricklayers, electricians) on-site
  • General labouring duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
  • Site preparation and clearance, ensuring work areas are safe and tidy
  • Loading/unloading deliveries and distributing materials
  • Basic use of hand and power tools
  • Assisting with installations and basic construction tasks
  • Following site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in construction or labouring (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid CSCS Card
