New Role - L&D Manager - Warwickshire with travel

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional ready to shape a future focused learning culture? We’re looking for a proactive Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and evolution of L&D across our client.

About the Role
As L&D Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full learning lifecycle identifying needs, designing impactful solutions, and delivering engaging development that supports colleagues at every level. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, offering the chance to make a visible impact across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance learning platforms
  • Oversee the evolution of their digital & face-to-face learning environment
  • Ensure content is engaging, accessible and aligned to organisational goals

Create development pathways
  • Build structured learning journeys to support capability growth, career progression and talent development
  • Work closely with leaders to understand skills gaps and future needs

Lead leadership development initiatives
  • Design and deliver programmes for emerging, new and experienced leaders
  • Introduce tools, frameworks and coaching approaches to strengthen leadership capability
Design and deliver training materials
  • Develop high quality virtual and in‑person training content
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars and blended learning sessions
  • Travel across UK sites
  • Partner with teams on the ground to ensure training is consistent, relevant and embedded
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees across multiple locations
About You
You’ll bring:
Strong experience in L&D design, delivery and evaluation
A track record of shaping leadership development and capability programmes
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Flexibility to travel across the UK
A creative, solutions focused approach and the ability to influence at all levels
