Your new role

As a KS3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support whole-class teaching across a range of subjects.

• Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

• Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with lower-level abilities to help them reach their full potential.

• Assist with classroom management and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (KS3 preferred).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.

• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
