Your new role

• Select a working pattern that fits your lifestyle, whether you're looking for regular full-time assignments or occasional cover days
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 learners, using materials and plans provided by the school
• Support pupils in developing key skills across literacy, numeracy, and independent thinking
• Provide thoughtful feedback to the class teacher to ensure continuity and progress
• Maintain a respectful classroom environment
• Uphold school policies around behaviour, safeguarding, and assessment with care and professionalism

What you'll need to succeed

• Willingness to take on flexible or ongoing supply roles
• Prior experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
• A team-oriented approach and readiness to collaborate with support staff
• Ability to tailor your teaching to suit varied learning needs and styles
• A friendly, professional manner when working with pupils, colleagues, and families
