The Role:
- Lead and manage the KS2 phase, supporting staff and driving standards
- Model outstanding teaching and learning across the key stage
- Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring high outcomes for all
- Contribute to whole-school development and strategic planning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and aspirational learning culture
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS and has substantial experience teaching in KS2
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential or experience in a middle leadership role
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
- Brings energy, creativity, and a passion for teaching and learning
