KS2 Teacher – Mixed Class
Full Time | Full Responsibility | Start ASAP | Until Summer TA20 – South Somerset

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in the TA20 area. This is a full-time role teaching a mixed KS2 class, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of the summer term.

The Role
  • Full teaching responsibility for a mixed KS2 class
  • Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Marking, assessments, reports and parent communication
  • Working collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff

The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has recent experience teaching in KS2 (mixed-age experience desirable)
  • Confident in managing full classroom responsibilities
  • Adaptable, organised and committed to pupil progress
  • Available to start ASAP
