We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Formby. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on children’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons for KS1 pupils.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their learning goals.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management and preparation of learning resources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in KS1.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
