KS1 Teacher job in Dudley, Starting in October

The school is seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 teacher to join the team from October 2025 covering maternity. This is a full-time teaching role with responsibilities including:
- Planning and preparing engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Marking pupils’ work and providing constructive feedback
- Writing detailed reports and setting individual targets for pupils
- Conducting assessments to monitor progress and inform planning
- Attending and contributing to parents’ evenings and school events
- Liaising closely with the class Teaching Assistant to support lower ability and SEN pupils
- Tailoring learning activities in line with EHCPs to ensure inclusive and effective support

What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Experience supporting children with SEN and working with EHCPs
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
What you'll get in return
You will be paid £135-£150 per day (depending on experience).
