What you'll need to succeed

• Availability for flexible or ongoing supply work
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1

• Willingness to work collaboratively with support staff and follow school routines
• A teaching approach that adapts to different learning styles and pupil needs
• A professional, positive attitude when interacting with children, staff, and families
