The role

• Deliver high‑quality teaching to a small KS1 class following a semi‑formal curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging, sensory‑based and structured learning opportunities
• Work closely with a strong support team including TAs and therapists
• Adapt teaching to meet individual EHCP targets and communication needs
• Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work 2–3 days per week

About You

• A qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) – suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers
• Confident teaching pupils with SEND, ideally Autism, MLD, or complex needs
• Skilled in differentiation, sensory learning, and communication‑friendly approaches
• Calm, adaptable, and passionate about helping pupils achieve meaningful progress
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
