Location: Lambeth, South London
Start Date: Immediate / January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with permanent potential)

About the Role
A diverse and vibrant primary school in Lambeth is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 1 pupil who has additional learning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion and supporting children with SEN.
Responsibilities
Providing tailored support to a child with complex needs
Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
Implementing individual support strategies
Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
Requirements
Experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, speech & language, or SEMH desirable)
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to follow specific learning plans
Level 3 in childcare
