Resource base supply teachers needed for vacancies across the Wirral
Are you a compassionate and flexible teacher with a passion for supporting young learners? Hays education is currently recruiting a dedicated KS1 Supply Teacher to work within a specialist resource base in a mainstream primary school. This rewarding role offers the chance to support pupils with additional needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Your new role
You’ll be teaching children in Key Stage 1 who benefit from tailored support within a dedicated resource base. Working closely with experienced support staff and the wider school team, you’ll deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs and promote confidence and independence.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience or strong interest in KS1 and SEND
- Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching style
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
