Your new role

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 national curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, record, and report on pupil progress
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Have QTS and experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
• Show a commitment to creating engaging, purposeful and imaginative learning opportunities
• Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues and families
• Be reflective, eager to grow professionally and able to work well as part of a team.
• Bring energy, creativity and a warm, caring approach to classroom practice.
