Salary: MPS (Outer London) £36,413 - £48,532
Contract Type: Permanent or Fixed Term

Your New Role

As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of pupils, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring high standards of teaching and achievement. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons that support student progress while maintaining a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaboration is at the heart of our school, and you will work closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development. You will also have the opportunity to engage with parents and carers, building strong relationships to support student success.

Responsibilities:

•Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
•Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
•Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
•Provide effective marking, assessment, and feedback to support pupil development.
•Uphold school policies and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
•Experience teaching KS1 in a primary school setting.
•Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
•Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
•A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Hays.
