Key Stage Two teacher needed for primary school in St Helens starting September 2025
Your new school
Hays works in partnership with a number of schools across the St Helens area and one of our schools has approached us about needing a teacher in Key Stage Two in September.
Your new role
Working in Year 4, you will be managing a class of around 28 children for a minimum of four weeks to cover a planned period of absence from the class teacher. This does have the potential to be extended for anything up to one full term.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Hold qualified teacher status
- Have recent and relevant experience working within a KS1 classroom that we can reference
- Be an approachable and patient primary teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues
