Key Stage 2 Teacher – Flexible Day-to-Day Cover in South Warwickshire

Are you a confident and adaptable Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for flexible work in a welcoming school environment? We’re currently seeking teachers for day-to-day supply roles across South Warwickshire, offering the chance to work in well-resourced schools with supportive teams.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils across a range of subjects.
Create a calm and engaging learning environment, even on short notice.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines.
Ensure continuity of learning and support for pupils during staff absences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2.
A flexible, proactive and professional approach.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
