Key Stage 2 Teacher – Long-Term Role

Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes curiosity, resilience and respect.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support pupil progress.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- A creative and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
