Key Stage 1 Teacher – Day-to-Day Supply Work Across South Warwickshire
Are you a flexible and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for day-to-day supply opportunities in South Warwickshire? We’re working with a number of welcoming primary schools in the area who need reliable and confident teachers to provide short-term cover.
This is a great way to maintain a healthy work-life balance while gaining experience across different settings and making a positive impact in the classroom.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils across a range of subjects.
- Create a calm and engaging learning environment, even on short notice.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure continuity of learning.
- Adapt quickly to different school routines and expectations.
- Support pupils’ wellbeing and learning during staff absences.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- A flexible, professional and proactive approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
